ARGILES BISBAL S.L ha recibido una ayuda para su proyecto de ahorro y eficiencia energética “Mejora de la tecnología en equipos y procesos industriales”, cofinanciada por el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER), coordinada por IDAE y gestionada por las autonomías, con cargo al Fondo Nacional de Eficiencia Energética, con el objetivo de conseguir una economía más limpia y sostenible. Se ha elaborado un proyecto de ahorro y eficiencia energética consistente en la sustitución del separador estático y la incorporación de un variador de frecuencia en el motor del aspirador del molino. Drying process of sustainable clay

[lgc_column grid="60" tablet_grid="60" mobile_grid="100" last="false"] With the natural drying of our clays, exposing them to the sun, we managed to reduce their humidity up to 7%. To finish the drying process, since the summer of 2016, we have a biomass burner.
[/lgc_column] [lgc_column grid="40" tablet_grid="40" mobile_grid="100" last="true"] [/lgc_column] [lgc_column grid="100" tablet_grid="100" mobile_grid="100" last="true"] The combustion of biomass does not contribute to the increase of the greenhouse effect and does not alter the balance of atmospheric carbon concentration. This is because it is a non-fossil fuel, also considered as ‘neutral’ within the carbon cycle.
  With all this we achieve a drying of the clay taking care of the environment, free of contaminants of fossil origin and with neutral balance in CO2 emissions. [/lgc_column]
